All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST may be processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is processed and ready for shipment.

We offer standard and expedited shipping options within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and destination. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while expedited shipping delivers within 1-2 business days. For perishable items like fresh flowers, we use special packaging to maintain quality during transit.

Delivery Areas
GoldenPetals.co currently ships to all 50 US states. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. For deliveries to remote or rural areas, additional transit time may be required, and we will notify you if this applies.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor the progress of your package. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Delivery Issues
